Barker Ross Recruitment are currently recruiting for a QC to work within the Precast Industry.

The Role:

You will be responsible for ensuring that finished products are quality checked and tested, and that all the relevant documentation is completed before it leaves the site.

You will also be responsible for raising any queries which may be detected.

Experience Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of working with Precast concrete products.
  • Drawing experience.
  • Tape measure experience.
  • Knowledge of Quality, Quality Assurance, Inspection, Testing and Checking.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a Team.
  • Must have previous inspection and material testing experience within a manufacturing environment.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection of all production/ stockyard areas and report any defects.
  • Work flexibility with other departments and customers.
  • Communicate findings.

    Pay Rate:

    £12-£14 Per hour PAYE

    Other shifts are paid at an uplift.

    Overtime kicks in after 39 hours.
