Retail Sales Assistant – Career change into an office/Sales environment

37.5 hours: 8:45 am – 5:15 pm Monday – Friday
Basic: 22.5-25K + uncapped commission (paid weekly), OTE £35k

The role of a Retail Sales Assistant:

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to small and medium sized businesses in order to gain an initial interest in improving their internet marketing. You will be given full extensive training and will have a defined career path to become a Digital Marketing Executive.

You will be making a high volume of outbound calls. Our client promotes a great work/life balance which is why you get 1.5 hours’ worth of breaks throughout the day.

We’re looking for individuals with recent sales or B2B experience (face to face or over the phone), great work ethic, and a genuine desire to progress and work within the sales sector. Alongside the great pay, commission and bonuses, you’ll receive many other fantastic rewards for your hard work.
