Are you an engineer with electrical qualifications, who is looking for an exciting long term career within a leading company in the sheet metal industry.

The job will involve servicing the company’s Press Brake or Laser Cutting Machines to the company’s valued clients across the South East.

Alongside this you will take training courses to enhance your knowledge to expert level. Initial full training on the company machines is provided. You will have the opportunity to progress into a role where you will do the commissioning and installing of the machines and expand your all of skills to expert level.

The perfect candidate will be an experienced an electrically-biased Service Engineer with a background in machine maintenance, equipment repair, manufacturing or CNC. You will also have strong mechanical maintenance skills.

The role:

  • To service the company Press Brake/ Laser Cutting machines.
  • To cover the South East and the wider UK if the requirs you to do so.
  • To be able to be trained up on the company machines, using your strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Plenty of career progression and cross-training opportunities within this global business.

    • The person:

  • Must have a qualifications in Electrical (NVQ/ C&G/ HNC).
  • Must also have good mechanical maintenance skills.
  • Desirable backgrounds would be CNC, manufacturing, aerospace or ex-forces.
  • Must be willing to stay away from home and travel across the South East and occasionally the wider UK when the company requires you to.
