IRS Recruitment is an established recruitment business, and we are looking for experienced talent to join our Head Office in Beccles, Suffolk. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, professional Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our team.

The Role

Using your recruitment experience and sales and business development skills, you will run your desk in this 360° role.

Duties

Alongside the typical duties of a Recruitment Consultant of managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, you will be responsible for
* building relationships with new and existing clients and winning new sales,
* networking and building relationships,
* negotiation of contracts,
* managing your accounts,
* resourcing and recruiting candidates,
* you will proactively seek new business opportunities and continually promote Industry Resource Services.

About You:

We want to hear from you if you:

 have a solid background as a Recruitment Consultant or similar people-related experience (preferably five years)
 Enthusiastic and determined
 have good marketing skills with a sound, proven sales and business development track record
 are resilient and can work to targets
 have commercial awareness
 have strong customer service skills
 are a good communicator with excellent presentation and relationship building skills
 have an engaging and persuasive personality
 good problem solving abilities
 are pro-active and self-motivated with an inherent ability to think on your feet
 have confidence together with energy and enthusiasm
 are organised and able to manage your workload whilst meeting deadlines and targets
 have a good team ethic and suited to working in a fast-paced environment
 have a full clean driving licence

What’s on offer:

 Basic salary of £23,000 – £26,000 per annum plus an uncapped incentive scheme

 Full-time permanent position, but part-time may be possible.
