Mobile Domestic

West Midlands

Salary – £18,300-£22,200 per annum – depending on skills and experience.

Contract type – Permanent

Working hours – Full Time

About the role

You will clean all internal communal areas as directed by the Estates Contracts Manager, to include corridors, communal lounges and kitchens, internal doors, bin stores, laundry rooms.

You will clean windows and glass in communal areas (porches, doors, screens) as required.

Your role will be to keep external areas clean and free from litter (courtyards, paths, porches, stairs, landings, walkways) as required.

You will keep office space and storerooms clean and tidy.

You will work in accordance to GreensquareAccord`s Health and Safety procedure at all times and raise any issues with the Estates Domestic Supervisor.

You will be responsible for managing the cleaning materials, including ordering stock and ensuring that COSHH sheets are up to date and adhered to.

You will take care of the works vehicle, keeping it clean and tidy, ensure daily vehicle checks are complete.

About you

You will have a good standard of General Education.

You will have an awareness of health and safety issues.

You will have previous experience of cleaning/domestic duties.

You will be willingness to help and flexibility.

You will be physically fit.

Able to work as part of a team or alone.
