Overview: Your primary objective will be to support the media workstream by ensuring we are leveraging 1st and 2nd party data through our new Martech tools. You will own our Liveramp Data Connection agenda and create audiences using a wealth of own and partners data to answer brand growth objectives and campaign briefs. Our team is spread across several offices so you can be based either in Nottingham or London to work with the rest of the Digital acceleration team. About the opportunity You will be working with the wider media and digital team to drive and support the data driven marketing mission, working closely with the Media Managers and the Head of Data Strategy. We recently invested in several Martech tools, including Liveramp for Data connection, a CDP and the Adobe suite. We are looking for a Data Analyst to help maximise the investment into this technology by testing and learning about different audiences and segments. You will deliver the implementation of our media and personalisation use cases based on audience insights and performance measures. Responsibilities: Ensure a test and learn approach to audience, segments and data. Plan and deploy our Media Testing agenda through Martech like Liveramp, our CDP and the Adobe suite Create and manage Audiences and Data Segments maximising our 1st and 2nd party data using our new Martech systems to achieve growth objectives. Fill the gaps with 3P data. Report commercial benefits on the delivery of our Media use cases and test & learn plan Creation of Taxonomies and audience definitions in different tools (i. e. Liveramp) Data Normalisation & Enrichment: Ensure data volume and quality, data matching/mapping, redundant data removal & governance audits. Data Collection: supporting more relevant data access and feeds by defining & setting up tagging, building profile information with more data into Single customer view Partner with retail analytics teams (ie: Boots/Walgreens) and our insights team (CP&I) to use & develop new models to create relevant, sizable & targetable audiences and segments Partner with our key agency partners (ie: WPP) to ensure they have access and can readily leverage segments created. Optimise media buys along the funnel by leveraging data and supporting the local teams About you Experience in media audience creation through a Data Management Platform. Previous hands on DMP experience ideally with Liveramp or Adobe Audience Manager.
