Were currently recruiting into our Rough Sleeper provision,targeting homeless individuals, offering a flexible and outreach response tohighly vulnerable individuals sleeping rough or living in temporaryaccommodation.

As an NMP Nurse or Pharmacist Prescriber youll have the chanceto make a real difference to the lives of the people we support who areexperiencing difficulties from drugs and alcohol use, working with them todevelop the personal, flexible and realistic support packages they need to helpturn things around.

Main duties of the job

Asa community based Non-Medical Prescriber Nurse (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriberin a busy prescribing service, you will be involved with opiate substitutetreatment, alcohol and opiate detoxifications and relapse preventionmedications. As part of the wider Wellbeing Team you will also provide supportto the nursing team providing Blood Borne Virus screening and vaccinations andwill work closely with mental health, physical health and social care services.You’ll also help to create a collaborative approach that links Turning Pointever closer to outside professionals and agencies.
