Were currently recruiting into our Rough Sleeper provision,targeting homeless individuals, offering a flexible and outreach response tohighly vulnerable individuals sleeping rough or living in temporaryaccommodation.
As a Team Leader weoffer a starting salary of £30,000 rising each year in line with our payprogression salary bands, rising to £35,096 per year. (Dependent onexperience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial startingsalary).

Main duties of the job
- Providingvisible leadership to my teams/hub providing a positive, supportive environmentfor my teams to thrive.
- Managementof a number of direct reports including Team Leaders;
- Managementof all HR related processes in line with HR policies;
- Ensuringexpenses incurred within my teams are in line with organisational policy;
- Ensuringadherence to petty cash processes;
- Ensuringhigh quality performance of staff within my teams and achievement of keyperformance indicators;
- Day-to-dayoperational oversight of a larger geographical area/hub or group of teams;
- Ensuringmy team delivers interventions/services in line with commissioner expectations,meeting needs of People we Support;
- Managementof incidents that occur in my team/hub escalated by Team Leaders and ensuringlearning is shared;
- Actingas a point of escalation from Team Leaders to resolve concerns raised by Peoplewe Support and partner agencies;
- Ensuringall steps are taken to ensure the health and safety of staff within my team/huband People we Support;
- Ensuringthe delivery of a high quality, evidence based service within my team/hubincluding undertaking and overseeing quality assurance and audit activity;
- Oversightof safeguarding activity to ensure people we support and children/vulnerableadults are safeguarded;
- Developingeffective partnerships across Turning Point and with key local organisations toenhance service delivery;
