Day to Day Duties

Your main duties initially will be working on a cold start up operation , so your passion for Sales is a must and you must be comfortable with cold calling and door stepping to get your desk up and running along with the Support and Help of our other branch based in Scotland. You will be responsible for your own budgets and setting out a path way to achieving these and working to KPI’s set. You must have a passion and drive to work off your own initiative and have the hunger for Sales

Essential Skills

You must come from a previous Recruitment background and have a passion for Sales

What training is provided?

Your first 2 days will be based at our Head Office in Wallsall with all travel paid for and here you will work with our Learning and Development Team, learning all about our business and you will be given all tools that you need to make a success of your new career. Follow up sessions will be help in our local branches by the Learning and development team and on going training and support from the Senior Managers locally
