About the role – Behaviour Teaching assistant – Croydon

This is a great role for an induvial who has previously worked with challenging behaviour or SEN. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students in the classroom, this can be either on a 1:1 level or working in small groups. You will be responsible for supporting with their academic studies helping to keep them interested. As well as supporting with their academic studies as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant you’ll be required to support with their challenging behaviour. These students may have Mental Health, challenging d behaviour, ASD or ADHD. It’s important you can think on your feet quickly in result of a situation between the students occurring.
