Previous Managerial Experience is Essential
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Social Housing Company that provided supported living to the homeless. Our client is looking for an Office Manager who can manage 4 Team Leaders within the business. Property experience is not required.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Creating an engaging culture for the team
Conducting 1-1s, appraisals, and managing holiday requests and sick leave
Reviewing KPIs and internal systems
Taking queries from tenants that have been escalated
The suitable candidate must:
Have clear previous management experience
Be able to manage emotionally challenging situations
Engage with the team and create a team culture
Have experience conducting 1:1s
Be able to assist with the operational side of the business.
