An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual to work with the Housing Options service to manage a team of advice officers. 

About the job

The team will be the first point of contact for clients presenting to the service. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that homeless advice is of a high standard, whilst managing waiting times at housing options reception and telephone enquiries, and ensuring that service objectives, targets and quality standards are met whilst meeting high levels of customer service.

What We Are Looking For From You

Experience of working with the public and in a housing related environment will be an advantage. You will need excellent customer service skills. You may be required to work until 19:00 hours to meet the demands of a very busy service.
