We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford Sixth Form campus for a Senior Examinations and Achievement Administrator to become a key member of our Examinations department.

As a Senior Examinations & Achievement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Ensuring the integrity of the examination process.
  • Providing and coordinating a full exams administration service for students and staff.
  • Delivering all examinations at The Bedford Sixth Form
  • Co-ordinating production of a detailed examination timetable including booking rooms and invigilators.
  • Despatching results/certificates and record achievement in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and updating Examinations processes and procedures as required
  • Checking and authorising invoices up to budget limit
  • Our ideal candidates will have experience of entering data on to computerised databases and experience of working with confidential documentation and information, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs; Maths and English A-C or equivalent
  • Level 3 or above qualification
