You will have your own caseload, working as part of our team and alongside other social care services to identify how we can help. • have previous experience of working with people who misuse substances
• knowledge of health and safety, including assessing clients in high-risk situations

Experience

Essential

• To be successful in this Recovery Worker role, you will:
• have attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months
• have some experience of working in a health, social care, or a related setting
• have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike
• be able to work effectively in a team, supporting others when needed
• be resilient under pressure and able to prioritise your work
• have good oral and written communication skills
• be comfortable using IT and digital media
• be organised and able to manage your time effectively
• able to be flexible with your working hours on occasion
• be happy to support other With You locations when needed
