Job Title: Training and Prevention Co-ordinator

Salary: £25,035-£27,099

Brook Street Social Care are working with a leading charity delivering quality support services to those affected by domestic abuse and homeless vulnerable women.

Job Purpose
To lead and Co-ordinate the Development of the charity’s Training and Prevention work.
To ensure a forward thinking and entrepreneurial approach, and build strong
relationships with key stakeholders.
To monitor and evaluate the key outputs for the project.
To support in developing and implementing its training and prevention
strategy through developing current and new opportunities and expanding into
new areas.
Liaising and building professional relationships with businesses, schools, and other bodies to support the growth of the training a prevention strategy.

Responsibilities
Operational coordinator of training and prevention strategies and ensure all defined Key Performance Indicators are achieved
Lead on the research, development and pilot of new products and services, to
further the aims and objectives
Proactively seek new partnerships, to deliver greater social impact and
income generation, while nurturing existing partnership and relationships
Ensure professional, positive and relevant marketing and communication
showcases the values, services, impact and achievements of the training
portfolio
Support the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness, financial
sustainability and impact of all products and services.
Proactively seek new opportunities to innovative and achieve the defined aims and objectives.
Support the development and review of training process and procedure to
ensure compliance and best practice.

Essential experience
You can demonstrate a commitment to performance training and development
You will demonstrate a track record in prevention, training delivery development and/or fund-raising
You will have experience of working in and coordinating projects
You will have evidence of collaborative and partnership working
You will be computer literate
You will be a car driver and owner
You will have the flexibility to work some evening and weekends as required
