Cheshire East Family Nurse Partnership is looking to recruit a band 7 Family Nurse in response to an expansion of the service due to increasing is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse or health visitor who is interested in making a difference to children and their families across Cheshire East. The Family nurse partnership covers the whole of the Cheshire East footprint; this role is primarily to cover the south locality (Crewe and Nantwich)This is demanding yet rewarding role working at band 7 with vulnerable young clients and their children , delivering the Family Nurse Partnership programme.

Family Nurse

Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced nurse or midwife to fill the role of Family Nurse Band 7 for hours a week over 4 days as part of Cheshire East 0- Enhanced Service.

The Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) is a national evidence-based, intensive home visiting programme delivered by family Nurse case-holders who are trained to use a trauma informed approach to develop therapeutic relationships with young clients and their children. The Family Nurse recruits teenage parents , and works with them up until their first child is 2 years old. This is to improve their antenatal health, their child’s health and development through sensitive and responsive parenting, and their own ( and their partner’s) economic self-sufficiency.
