Housing Sustainability Officer

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, skilled worker to join this newly formed service supporting clients in their home to prevent homelessness. We are looking for a permanent full-time post.

Our focus is to work with clients who are homeless or may become homeless due to issues with their tenancy. This service will work with singles, couples and families. You will be completing assessments with complex clients, identifying their support needs and working with both them and other agencies to work on the support plan, build relationships and embed them into the community that they live.

If you join us, you will be using trauma informed practices and the signs of safety framework to deliver an excellent service to our clients. Our ambition is to support our clients, identify a package of support to ensure they can sustain their tenancy, be safe and can reach their full potential.
