Salary c£26,500 per annum plus great benefits including 30 days holidays plus bank holidays
35 hour working week

The role:
In this role you will get a holistic overview of individual giving and legacy marketing. You will be exposed to a fast paced, varied and exciting position, with opportunities to get involved in new initiatives within a dynamic team. My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about raising money to support young people – someone who is adaptable, willing to get stuck in and uses their initiative.

  • Supporting the Acquisition Manager on individual giving recruitment of new Room sponsor and one-off cash donors across digital channels.
  • You will be responsible for developing end-to-end campaigns across paid social and Google Adwords, delivered on time and to budget during the peak acquisition periods – the cold weather months, Christmas and Lent. This will include working collaboratively with agencies and across teams to shape creative and find the right audiences for campaigns, setting up landing pages/ payment platforms, briefing in Database and Supporter Services as well as our fulfilment house – ensuring they are supported, monitoring results and sharing ideas for improvement.
  • Supporting the Individual Giving and Legacy team with adhoc tasks to support other projects, including financial activities, results monitoring, building and updating web pages, developing tracking links and QR codes, monitoring results and other admin tasks where required.
  • You will also be providing support to the Legacy Manager with legacy marketing, including setting up acquisition campaigns, coordinating stakeholder feedback for creative and copy, developing web pages, producing fulfilment and project briefs and reporting on results.
