Head of Engineering (Factory Build)

£80,000 – £120,000 + Equity + Company Car / Allowance + Pension + Bonus

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a ground breaking start up business where you will oversee the building of a new pilot plant, taking a lead on the project from concept through to completion.

In this role you will be the go to point of contact for the build of an exciting new pilot plant, you will work closely with key stakeholders and experts to complete the project and then mould the engineering function within this state-of-the-art production facility.

This role would suit a Head of Engineering or Engineering Manager with experience in building new factories or setting up new sites.

The Role:

  • Lead the build of an exciting new pilot plant using state-of-the-art technology
  • Work closely with a number of key stakeholders and experts in the engineering field
  • Help mould and develop the engineering team within a fully equipped modern facility
  • The Person:

  • Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager
  • Previous experience in factory build, setting up new plant or relocation of plant
  • Mining, metallurgy, recycling or materials background would be an advantage but not required
