I am providing recruitment support for a fantastic client who specialise in delivering homes, services, and innovation for some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. They aim to provide the very best service, and they would love your help in continuing that process.

Overview of the Role
The client is looking for a full-time Recruitment Manager based in Coventry to deal with the entire recruitment operation, including with dealing with recruitment agencies to asses who offers the best service and offers the best service for the most cost effective price. Whilst building relationships with, develop, and maintain an Agency Preferred Supplier List to further support attracting the right talent whilst managing costs.

You will lead prayers, devotion, and worship on a daily and weekly basis to engage people with the Christian faith. This duty will involve the post holder undertaking these tasks at internal events with other members of staff, including leading Recruitment with a Christ-like mindset and focus.

You will be the expert on understanding the recruitment market and what sources to use to identify suitable candidates. You will need to be dynamic and flexible, partnering with hiring managers to fully understand their workforce requirements and individual recruitment needs to create an active pipeline of talented potential candidates, reducing the dependency on agency staff. This includes proactive searches of the candidate market to support tapping into passive candidates.

Create and implement social media campaigns including job adverts, job boards, social media, marketing and the internal ATS tool to attract and source the best candidates. Establish strong links with universities and other further education establishments to identify advertising and recruitment opportunities. Provide guidance on shortlisting and interview questions for all roles, supporting a fair and consistent approach to selection.

Required Skills, Experience, & Knowledge

  • Be able to demonstrate your Christian Core Values
  • At least 6 months’ experience supporting youths or young adults who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless
  • Computer literate, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Interview Process
