Working days and shift times:

Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700 with Rotational on call service

Pay rate:

£25,000 to £27,000 per annum

Day to Day Duties

Sales calls , door stepping and mapping will form your daily and weekly duties as this is a cold start up and all time will be spent attracting customer to People Solutions and selling the Recruitment service that we offer. Individuals need to have the passion and drive to work on their own and also as part of a team and have the passion for Sales to get the start up operation off the ground. The ideal candidate must also be KPI driven and accept accountability for their own part of the budgets and meet and exceed our expectations.

Essential Skills

Candidates must come from an Industrial background and the area and business

Desirable Experience

Current Driving Licence and own car

What training is provided?

2 Days training held at our Head Office in Walsall and follow up sessions held within Branch. On Going training held in Branch from your Line Manager and our Learning and Development Manager will hold on going training sessions in Branch
