Your new role
The System Administrator will be a key position working alongside other members in the infrastructure team. This role will include being a system administrator and software specialist. Experience with an enterprise application and understanding the full stack is a must.

  • Support infrastructure including on premises and cloud systems, networks, audio/video conferencing, and telephony systems
  • Administer and support an enterprise application and work with developers on continuous updates
  • Find opportunities to reduce redundant tasks through scripting, workflow, and automation orchestration tools
  • Review and test backups for all production and development environments
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of cloud and on-premises system availability, responding to alerts and identifying root causes
  • Coordinate facility changes, involving procurement and working with vendors for implementation
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of IIS, SQL, Application layer for enterprise applications
  • Scripting knowledge, preferably advanced PowerShell
  • Managing deployments/rollouts
  • Managing enterprise-scale installations
  • Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server or cloud infrastructure such as Azure
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking
  • Group Policy design and configuration
  • Microsoft IIS administration and configuration
  • Management of Exchange mailboxes
  • Active Directory topology including domain structure, DNS, replication
  • Advanced Office 365/Azure AD knowledge
