We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for a Student Experience Adviser in to become a key member of our Student Services department.

As a Student Experience Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Supporting and delivering a full enhancement programme which contributes to and enhances the student experience and study programmes.
  • Supervising and promoting themed events and wellbeing services for students at Bedford College which will enhance the learning experience to help build skills for employability and empower learners in making an informed decision related to their career and social aspirations.

    • Our ideal candidates will have recent experience of working successfully with young people and adults in a formal/informal environment and experience of working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 qualification in relevant subject e.g Care/Social Care
  • English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year
