The Role
This role will be supporting the Managing Director and Operations Director.
The Tasks will include supporting some of the following.
Bookkeeping (Using Quickbooks) – desirable
Monthly management accounting, including accruals, prepayments, and deferred income.
Weekly cash-flow forecasting
Invoicing & processing supplier payments
Managing and chasing debtors
Bank reconciliation
Payroll administration
VAT return administration
Sales commission administration and employee expense administration
Raising employment offer paperwork
Collecting new start and induction information
Coordinating IT set up.
Other HR and Operational tasks as the role progresses
The Person
Experience with Quickbooks – desirable
Strong written communication skills
Be an excellent communicator with people at all levels.
You will be a confident user with MS 365, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
We are looking for a very proactive and solutions orientated person.
You will need to have your own transport to get to the office.
