Technical Liaison Officer

Chippenham

Salary – £36.300 – £45,400 depending on experience

Contract type – Permanent

About the role

You will be point of contact for all aspects of heating work within an office environment (Technical & Operations).

You will the validation of gas, oil, unvented cylinders certificates for statutory compliance & assist with the overall management of CMS (Compliance management system).

You will be authorising and approving boiler upgrade surveys and ensuring all relevant information is captured and communicated to sub-contractors within agreed standards and relevant legislation.

You will coordinate and assist with dynamic diary management for heating engineers ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity against set targets & KPI`s.

You will be carrying out site visits and inspections as required.

You will oversee and report on PPM tasks, ensuring all reactive works are completed within SLA.

You will be the primary lead for ensuring spare parts are ordered correctly through internal system validation, responsibility as point of contact for suppliers.

About you

You will need the following qualificiations: City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 or similar. ACS including CCN1 CEN1 WAT1. HTR1 CKR1 CPA1

You will need up to date with industry regulations and requirements.

You must have experience with fault finding on modern condensing boilers, atmospheric domestic boilers and electrical control systems.

You must have substantial experience in Gas servicing, landlord safety certification, repairs, maintenance and installation works.

You must be able to diagnose and dissect technical information from engineers notes and communicate to the inhouse team for action.

You must be able to set out jobs from drawings and specifications and requisition the necessary installations materials.
