Role Overview
You will be responsible for HR policy, contracts and operational matters in the Group as well as ensuring appropriately targeted and delivered Well Being strategies and activities. You will be expected to advise proactively on best practice HR and oversea complex case work for ADCL. You will support the people management functions that underpins the business culture of ADCL and assist the senior management with the Group’s diversity agenda.
This is a Hybrid role, working from home and primarily out of DLD College London or Abbey College Cambridge dependant on the appointee’s location, however travel will be required to all three colleges on occasion.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- CIPD qualified. Highly effective communication and people management skills.
- Ability to analyse highly complex workforce problems identifying risk and developing a range of tailored solution.
- Good knowledge in HR policies and processes.
- Strong employment legislation knowledge.
- Experience of handing varied and complex ER casework.
- Understanding of the principles of safeguarding in relation to child protection.
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills to help build a diverse and inclusive organisation; ensuring that Equality, Diversity and Inclusion principles are fully embedded
